GLAZED LEMON CAKE 

SERVES 8-10 

This is a classic lemon syrup cake. Lemony goodness with a beautiful crumb. Delicious as is or served with a dollop of thick cream. X 

Self raising flour, ricotta, caster sugar, free range eggs, vegetable oil, lemon juice, icing sugar, lemon zest.

Our products are all hand made in our bakery where eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, tree nuts, milk, dairy and wheat or gluten are used, and consequently may contain or have traces of these allergens.

Cake is approximately 9.5 inches in diameter (245mm).
